Having contacted the seller, they have confirmed this is the case and fobbed me off by telling me that most fan lights are like this.This renders the item useless to me.Upon requesting a return, the seller told me it’s too complicated and expensive to send it back to China and offered me a 30% discount. Pointless since the item is not fit for purpose.Further to this, when the light is off, it is still on flickering very dimly. The item is not CE marked and does not contain wiring appropriate to the UK.The sellers refusal to approve a return will result in me having to raise an A to Z claim with Amazon.Nice design with very poor implementation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Straightforward replacement . *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 November 2019* Simple to fit , excellent light with 3 different Hades of white and the fan is quiet on all 3 speed settings .
