**Q: How are you supposed to lock the castors?
My "locking castors", are only metal; I see what looks like a tab on the castors; am I missing something?**
A: Push the tabs down to lock the two front castors and pull up to unlock.

Works very well. Strong, sturdy, and easy movement even with a very heavy (too heavy really) 6 foot tall stack of fully laden packouts. It's Milwaukee, what can you say? It's a bit more expensive than others but here you get what you pay for and it is going to last. My only issue with Milwaukee is they just won't die!!! Which leaves me trying to find another excuse when I want to upgrade a tool. :)
