Cookology tried to get out of refunding or replacing stating that the warranty starts from the day the order is placed. However, when I said I would be going to Trading Standards they admitted the warranty starts from the delivery date. I had already told them this, but they had said I was wrong!!! They said the one I ordered was not available so offered a CHEAPER model!!! They also said that the new, cheaper one would have NO warranty. So basically, if it was faulty, I would not be entitled to a replacement! Nice little warmer if you want to get rid of faulty items! Also, I had to pay for people to fit it and they refused to pay for this so I am out of pocket. Do they care? No!
