People frequently stopped to tell her how attractive it was. It does not fold back up properly. She used a big rubber band. So it's 4-5 stars if you don't care about undoing and redoing a rubber band or some other tie and that it takes up more space due to not folding fully. If you do care about those, it's 2-3. I haven't tried it in the rain yet because I'm in Arizona so no need. It does feel cooler under it. I did not notice a chemical smell as stated in other reviews but as in other reviews once opened it does not fit back into the sleeve well. I got it once but then ripped the seams on the sleeve. It provides coverage but its just a pain in the ass to put close and put away. I have yet to put it back in its sleeve because its impossible. But even just closing it is awkward. So that is annoying.
