Fidly to put together on your own but once it’s finished it’s a sturdy and impressive frame! Pull ups, chin ups, dips, leg raises and press ups are all workable and the pull up bar has multi adjustable heights which is handy. A very good bit of kit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A nice addition to the home *by B***H on 25 October 2019* If you are thinking about working out at home then seriously consider investing in this piece of equipment. In fact, upper body wise, I really don't think you need anything else.It's much better than door frame pull up bars. For one, the height is adjustable, and for two, zero risk of damaging door frames. I had a pull up bar in my door frame, which was very good, but if you live in rented places measuring door frames can be tricky so it's easier to just stick this in a corner.It also makes an excellent clothes horse so if you are short on space it has multiple uses.It is easy to assemble. Following the instructions, it took me just under two hours on my own. No problems, just follow the leaflet.One minor issue; the top bar is quite narrow. I have small hands so not too much of a problem, nothing that chalk won't sort out, but for larger hands maybe think of fat gripz or something. An issue that is easily resolved.It's very sturdy and I think will last for ages. So for anyone wanting to improve their calisthenics this is great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great piece of equipment *by M***P on 21 October 2019* I am trying to get a bit a fitter over the autumn and winter months, as I will be doing less outdoor activities. I saw this equipment had some good reviews, so thought I would try it for myself.The package arrived next day (thanks Prime), and although it is recommended for 2 people to put together, I did it myself within 45 minutes. All of the parts are very easily labelled, and alan key and spanner are also provided. I was very impressed with the quality of the bolts and fixings. When I have done something like this with other equipment, I could feel that the bolts were not good quality when tightening them. My advice would be to build the machine without tightening the bolts, and then once it is all in place, go back through and fully tighten the bolts.The end product is really sturdy and durable. After using it for a week, I can already feel my core muscles get tighter.
