Photo shows one earbud out with these tips installed. One earbud is in the case and will not close. These tips are just too long and need to be about 2mm shorter overall. Very dissatisfied because I had a set from another manufacturer in my cart as well, but decided to remove them and try these alone. I guess I go order several to try and find the right ones.
