I have to say, this company rivals that level of C/S. I contacted them with a question today, a Sunday, and received an answer within a few hours. That is outstanding C/S to me and very appreciated. As for the product... I have two female dogs and a fenced backyard that takes a beating with dog spots. My bigger pooch is 65 pounds so when she goes, she GOES - and she leaves some very unsightly manhole-cover-sized spots. I read the reviews and thought what the heck, just want to 'green' it up so at a distance it doesn't look like a bad game of tic tac toe. No it isn't the same shade of green as the grass but it is darn close. Smell is not unpleasant and it has kept the girls away from the sprayed areas which I will throw some seed at since they aren't doing repeat performances on that spot. I cannot help wonder as it gets dry in the fall if the yard won't look hysterical with green spots and browning grass? I may need a barrel of this stuff and a heavy-duty sprayer at that point... ### ⭐ Many reviewers are not being forthright *by A***O on Reviewed in the United States on October 20, 2015* Really, really disappointed.
