These are thick, sturdy and strong! I was delighted that they came with a nice drawstring mesh bag to keep them organized which is great for traveling too! These bands dont roll down or snap like the classic plastic ones when u sit deep for squats. I will never go back! I've machine washed them once and lined dry and they look exactly the same.
