First note: it smells very fishy! Don't stick your nose straight in it and be put off instantly. It dissolves to virtually tasteless in peppermint tea, ribena, juice etc. DO NOT ADD TO FIZZY DRINKS!! I think bicarb must be an ingredient - resulted in a lava fizz flow across the kitchen worktop 😁. I'm 3 weeks in and first noticed a change in my under eye dark circles. I have inherited deeply bruised-looking under eyes from my Dad, no matter how hydrated or well-rested. This has already lifted that a shade or two. I'm using less concealer. Next is my nails. I have thin, flakey nails, which are getting stronger and stronger. They no longer "flex" when I push against them. I feel like my perimeno joint pains are maaaaaybe lessened. Will need more time to judge that as they're inconsistent anyway. Happy so far.
