I have many times in the past assembled these racks and this will be the first one that you can't figure out how the bolt holes line up. I tried every combo I could think of but no cigar. Ya know even if these guys posted the instructions the consumer could download it, but as many here have said not on the internet and not in the box and trying to reach them is impossible.
