I have not had that specific issue myself. The alternative is to remove the grout and replace. That is a very labor intensive. Hopefully this helps a little in your decision. **Q: Will it seal drip at pipe joints** A: I would say it will not seal a drip in a pipe joint for any length of time.if the joint is soldered a plumber will have to re solder for a permanent fix.if the joint is threaded get pipe joint compound, unscrew the pipe, apply pipe joint compound to the threads and screw the pipe back onto the fitting.underwater magic is used to reattach tile in pools and fountains without having to drain them.it is not a long term fix product but will buy you time to fix the problem permanently. **Q: I have a wooden bathtub and I keep a small amount of water in it, will this stuff help with small leaks where existing chaulk is failing?** A: without seeing the tub I can't advise you.i used this product to seal thin cracks in a plaster pool.it held for 4 months before falling out.it is very messy to work with and would probably not look good on a wood tub.a clear, waterproof silicone would be your best bet and you will have to reseal twice a year. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stuff *by on Reviewed in the United States August 21, 2026* Used this to reattach pool tiles that had fallen into pool.
