I wish it was just a little bit firmer because I still end up with my mouth hanging open on planes. Still, I really like the compact size and I find it very comfortable (if a bit warm) to sleep in when I'm traveling.

Great item for long travel.  I wouldn't fly without it, as this helps with neck support.  I think it could be firmer, but has served me well on several flights.  For once, I can sleep on the flight, and travel without the head bob every time i doze off. I've even took it on a trip to China, and that is a very long flight.  I just strap the carry case on the handle of my carry on bag.  I even am able to wrap my headphones in there too and a couple of small items I picked up in the duty free store. This works as a complete package for me, and very happy.Pros: convenient and makes flights much more comfortable, not bulky when travelingCons: could be a bit firmer

This collar too small for a petite person like me im 137 lbs 5 ft 3 in height. This is good for kids not for an adult for it will stop your blood circulation on your neck and get nausea and dizzyness. Go figure yourself..the foam is too small, I made my own foam which works better.Too shorts or small for my neck and very uncomfortable..
