I can’t pick up calls2. After picking up the call using my phone, the other person can’t hear me. Whereas it was written in the q & a section that it has an inbuilt mic.3. Whenever I play music both sides of the EarPods will work fine but after sometimes it starts glitching. They stop working simultaneously.
