A: Dont know.best stuff ever.especially the blue bottle.

**Q: Is the red hot similar to icy hot brand?**
A: Red bottle has Capsaicin-red pepper. Icy Hot does not contain capsaicin.  
The Blue bottle Cryoderm is more similar to IcyHot.

I’ve used the spray version of the cold cryoderm for a few years and decided to try the heat one. OH MY LORD it’s hot and STAYS hot for HOURS ON HOURS. Another user review mentioned not using before bed and washing it off after a while and I whole heartedly agree. I’m nearly 24 hours later and still feel it on my knees. It feels nice but not under clothes or sheets.
