Dont put too much butter, in fact on my non stick i barely needed it! To mix the batter, i used my blender on whip setting that makes it light and airy.

This is not as good as freshly made dosa batter but it’s not bad. The dosa are more crispy if you add the amount of water according to directions on the pack. if you make the batter thick and cut down the amount of water the dosa is like set dosa.
