It did a nice job on all three items. The blades are very sharp and it is very easy to clean. I especially like the protective cover. The handle is a good length and comfortable to hold. It is a nice size. My previous zester was shorter and fatter and I like this longer thin one better. I have been placing the tester across my pan or dish to use so cannot speak of slip resistance. It seems to be well made so I expect to be using it for several years at least. Update: My daughter saw mine and wanted one just like it.
