I am looking to do an underwater shoot and would love to know?** A: Honestly I haven’t tried or cried with it on but it is not like regular eye shadow it’s moist so I had to put on with my finger because it wasn’t going on w brush I had to use make up remover to get it off but it smeared easy if that make’s sense ? **Q: If it's made in prc (china), isn't it tested on animals there?** A: Anything made in PRC is not subject to that law. Only if it is SOLD in PRC. Even dome American brands cant be labelled cruelty free because they are made in America or elsewhere but are sold in PRC, so they are therefore tested on animals. **Q: Hello!
