**Q: Have never seen or heard of these before, are they like the cones which I no longer use because they didn't last long and left a mess when burnt out?**
A: No they keep their shape , they just go hard when the heat reaches them, they smell great, when finished with it just pick it up and dispose of it, put a fresh one on and start again

**Q: Does it get rid of the smell of weed?**
A: Nag Champa is a very gentle fragrance and I doubt it will help remove Cannabis/ Weed smell which is quite strong. You will need a pungent smell remover... a few inexpensive household essentials you probably have on hand already—vinegar, salt, coffee, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide—will neutralize most noxious odors around your home and in your vehicles. Baking soda is very effective at absorbing odors from the air as well as from surfaces. Spread some on floor, leave it on for an hour, then sweep it off.   Once the smell is gone, you will be able to smell the aroma of your Nag Champa bricks

**Q: We have four dogs will this product be ok as the dogs live inside the home with us**
A: I’ve got it in the home with a dog and a partner who normally sneezes at any perfume - both been fine 😊

**Q: does it disintegrate? How do you know it's finished burning?**
A: These small bricks do not disintegrate. They just change colour slightly once depleted which normally happens after 4 hours of use. A brick tends to last 2 hours on each side. One can use a 2 hour burn tealight or 4 hour burn tealight candle. After two hours, the brick should be turned. Once depleted, it is supposed to be disposed and replaced with a new brick. However, many customers have been succesfully recharging them with just a few drops of essential oil on each side. If you happen to do that, please share your feedback with the Amazon community.
