I bought this because I have back problems here lately and I keep having to pop it & I was told to try a foam roller. So here I am giving it a try. Seeing I cannot get to the chiro as much as I need to I was told if I can keep my back stretched the foam roller can help me a tad even though it can't give me the adjustment it can help me keep things open in my back. I am willing to try it out and so far I am loving it. It is just firm enough to not give when I roll over it which is perfect and was what I was hoping for when I was ordering it. I had saw other rollers that said it gave after a few rolls but this one is just right if you are looking for a thick and hard roller. I would highly recommend this roller to anyone looking for a good quality roller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LOVE IT *by J***R on January 24, 2013* The roller is excellent. I use it on an almost daily basis to crack by back (align my spine) by rolling my back over it. I sit a lot for work, so this help me to stretch out.
