Each week there is a space to put your weekly mileage as well as year to date miles. I like the race tracker in the back to keep a log of races/dates/times. I just pulled mine out from 2016 today because there was a race/time I was trying to look up and I knew it would be in there.

This is my favorite running log. I've gotten the same one every year for at least 5-6 years now. I enjoy the quotes and tips each week. Each week there is a space to put your weekly mileage as well as year to date miles. I like the race tracker in the back to keep a log of races/dates/times. I just pulled mine out from 2016 today because there was a race/time I was trying to look up and I knew it would be in there.

My teenage son is almost a professional runner....He wanted a book of this type. After reading too many reviews, I chose this one for him. It’s not pretty. But the day to day journal and fill ins are exactly what he wanted. Information is great.
