She loves it, I like it. The tablet is a little on the heavy side so keep that in mind. The protector case is rubber with the hard type bubbles whatever you call them on the bottom. It arrived on time and as described. I also bought a micro sd card to allow her to have more memory. Comes with different games for her to play. The issues I keep having as others have posted is that it keeps disconnecting from wifi which was frustrating when I kept trying to download games from the Amazon app store. Also the battery drains pretty quickly and I find myself having to charge it often. The camera is not great but since its a kids tablet that's not really an issue I am not sure if we just received a bad one or not but for the price and features it does have my daughter loves it. Will be calling the seller to try to get help or a replacement ### ⭐ We were very disappointed with this tablet *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2015* We were very disappointed with this tablet. The camera's are horrible quality but we were able to see past that because they were just for the kids and really the kids don't care. Our problem, the first two we ordered one had a pretty warped screen, the other a minor curve, and they sent us the wrong color, so we returned that with no issues but could no longer get the pink cover like we wanted. Whatever got over that it's just a color. Got the replacement no problem, started downloading apps the kids would like (which is a slow process on this operating system.) Well over half the apps we download on there will not work. The kids play for about 30 seconds and the app shuts down. It has nothing to do with the apps they work just fine on other devices. The preset games are great on here but they aren't enough. Also, the WIFI disconnects randomly and then takes 15 minutes to reconnect. Its extremely frustrating. We have returned both tablets and moved on to different products. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Contixo 9" kids tablet *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2015* Nice kids tablet - replacing our smaller kid safe resistive screen tablet. This does have a good kids safe mode IF you follow setup directions during 1st boot up. I saw another review stating not a very good kids safe mode. I espcially like you can not only of course individualy select the apps but if each one can or cannot use wifi. If you miss the kids setup you can follow help menu to do it manually but easier to do at 1st during the easy to follow prompts. Of course this is much more responsive and easier to use with fast quad processor capacitive screen and 1G of ram than the previous 7" we had. The smaller tab worked well for our little ones younger age but now need a fluid working tablet.Seller not as good. AAA Mart - Sent wrong color which was upsetting but not worth the hassle of returning espcially since they do not show any in stock anymore. Nowhere to send message to the seller (as most seller have) to discuss if exchange available and the timing being a gift.
