When I opened the container, it was very dark (chia and hemp seeds) and even though the ingredients sounded wonderful I thought it might be too healthy tasting even for me. I couldn't have been more wrong. It is delicious with a bare hint of sweetness from the few cranberries and raisins and has a nice sort of crunch from the chia seeds. I added just a tiny bit of honey because I like mine sweeter, but it's nice to to able to add it because if it comes too sweet you surely can't adjust that. This cereal is loaded with fiber (9g), calcium and iron and I am totally hooked on it. At 180 calories and all that goodness, you can eat two! Review: So little!! - I'd bring this on a trip where I could add more to it at a hotel and use the container as a meal bowl. There very little cereal (which is generous to call it) in an oversize cup. My wife tried it with hot water; I use 2% milk. I stirred for 5 minutes, and it was still a $3.00 a cup mess -- a pinch of birdseed floating in a pool of milk. That just doesn't cut it for me.
