Review: Electric buzz running thru my veins - Took it for the first time yesterday on an empty stomach and it worked absolutely amazing. I could feel it running through all my veins and muscles for almost the entire workout. Kind of hard to describe if you've never experienced it but kind of like a small electrical current running through my body. Got a great workout! took it today on a full stomach and it did not work nearly as good so I highly recommend using it on an empty stomach. Day 3, took on empty stomach and after 15 minutes my ears were buzzing. For a daughter day you can't go wrong with this stuff! No xplode is still my favorite just because of the taste, love fruit punch. This stuff tastes almost as good. Absolutely no disappointments with C4. Update, everyday it seems to get weaker and weaker. Still tastes great and definitely helps with energy but the buzzing feeling was less and less everyday. No xplode fruit punch is still my favorite. when I run out of this stuff I'm going to try the really really expensive stuff and see how that compares to no xplode. I will let you know

A: It's not really a weight loss supplement. For me personally, I used this in conjunction with a complete diet and exercise program and lost 80 pounds. This was just to get me going at the gym!

**Q: do you have to cycle off of this product?**
A: We recommend taking C4 pre-workout up to eight weeks, and cycling it off for about 2-4 weeks. It gives your body plenty of time to recover and rebuild tolerance to stimulants.

**Q: I'm not seeing any calorie/carb counts in the supp information, so does that mean this doesn't have any calories or carbs?**
A: 0 calories and less than 1g of carbohydrates
