It is packaged in such a way that you can very easily make a dressing with it and apply it without it folding over on itself and sticking where you don't want it to stick. The result is a clean neat dressing which is water proof and stays in place. And it includes a few strips of what I call "steri-strips" which are used to help hold a wound together. Brilliant! I am a retired nurse and this is a wonderful bandage.
