Delayed reaction
Used a couple of times on a wart on my knuckle that I’ve had all my life. Didn’t notice a difference, until a month after I stopped using it when I noticed it was gone completely

Didn't expect such excellent results
I had a pretty average bumpy wart on the back if my upper calf. It annoyed me to no end (nervous picking?) so it had to go. The description on the Compound W box seemed to center mostly on planter warts so I was unsure of it's effectiveness for my wart. It applicator is much like a Sharpie felt tip pen so not terribly exact. Activating it is simple if you follow directions. Nitrogen burns rhe skin so if your wart isn't sizeable the surrounding skin will probably blister. I'm betting if sso desired you could make something to protect the surrounding skin and still have access to the wart. It only took one treatment and by the time the blistered skin had fully healed it was gone. Very happy with the results.

Compound W Freeze Off for Kids - Ineffective for Wart Removal
I recently tried the Compound W Freeze Off for Kids on my daughter's wart, hoping for a quick and effective solution. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed with the results. We followed the instructions and applied the product three times to the wart on my daughter's hand. However, even after multiple applications, we didn't notice any significant difference until the third attempt. It finally started to turn brown, indicating some progress, but it remained in that state for several weeks.Frustrated with the lack of progress, we decided to consult a dermatologist. To our surprise, the dermatologist provided a more potent treatment option. However, before we could try it, the wart miraculously fell off on its own within just two days. The Compound W Freeze Off for Kids failed to deliver the expected results in our case. It took multiple applications for any noticeable change to occur, and even then, the wart remained unchanged for an extended period. The fact that it eventually fell off only after consulting a dermatologist and without the use of the Compound W product raises doubts about its effectiveness. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Compound W Freeze Off for Kids based on our experience. It did not live up to its claims and proved to be ineffective in removing my daughter's wart. If you're looking for a reliable solution for wart removal, I suggest consulting a dermatologist for more effective treatment options.

I think it only works on very small and kind of soft warts, but the form factor is great
Since there's multiple products on this page, this review is specifically for the Compound W "Advanced Freeze Off" wart treatment applicator.Like a lot of people have been saying, the product just doesn't seem to get cold enough. Basically, it gets all frosty and you can see ice condensate and form on the tip. And when following the instructions (even with a stopwatch to make sure), it leaves the wart looking kinda frosty too, but it quickly returns to normal. I'd imagine the goal of harnessing localized frostbite would be more impactful, but it didn't really do anything to the wart on my hand.I had even tried going a little longer than what was in the directions, but it made no difference. To be fair, the wart on my hand was at least 5mm wide and quite visibly a lump, so it might have been too hefty for this home-remedy.Overall, it was really easy to use, easy to understand, and not painful in any way. However, I think the wart on my hand was too large for it to be effective. I switched to the salicylic acid bandages, which are a little more gruesome to look at and annoying to work around, but seem to be more visibly effective so far.

It works, but I had to apply it four times
I had a small wart on my finger, maybe 40mm wide. I froze it once and waited a week. Then, I froze it for each of the next 3 days. This product is way, way better than traditional Compound W fluid. Traditional Compound W leaves a white coating that lasts for over a week on top of the wart. This product leaves a red spot. In a few days, it will peel right off. I like the aesthetic experience of this product better than traditional Compound W.

Works
Easy to apply. Great for skin tags. Takes about a week for them to fall off.

It worked!
I honestly wasn't expecting this to work but it did and saved me a big dermatologist bill.

Excellent product
Would recommend as a product.

Works well once you get the hang of it.
It does burn into the skin as advertised but on your foot - it doesn’t take it off in one go. No way!

Worked
I have tried many products to remove a skin tag that I have and nothing worked. This stuff is amazing. At first I didn’t think that it was going to work. After 48 hours, I could feel it warm in the inside of the tag and now it’s starting to go hard.Note, it heats from the inside so don’t think you need more.Good product…
