Review: Great for an office environment - My team had to relocate from our main office building to a coworking space for one year, and this was the one purchase that I made for every member of the team. We had desks that were right next to each other without cubicle dividers, and I was amazed at how well these worked. The sound quality is excellent, but more imprtantly the microphones do a fantastic job of isolating the wearer during Teams calls. I would have someone sitting right next to me on a different call, and we never heard the other individual getting picked up by our headphones. The size and fit are both exellent and easily adjustable. We used the included usb adapter for easy connectivity, but I also use the bluetooth connection with my phone and laptop when I travel. These are great headphones. One thing that I did learn though is that if you are flying and the volume seems low, you need to use the touch volume controll on the right ear cup to increase the in-device volume. My other favorite travel hack is to pair these with an AirFly unit to get wireless audio on the airplane. I am very happy with the purchase and have since picked up an extra pair for my wife to use. We both love them.
Review: Don’t leave it charging for long! - My first NC700 in Soapstone had started burning and melted while it was charging in my car, so I thought I wouldn’t buy it anymore, but I couldn’t help but buy it again renewed as it had great quality. Still does, the sensitivity on the sides are very high though. Looks amazing

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the difference between the renewed on Amazon and the refurbished sold on the Bose website? There is a bit of a price difference**
A: First of all, it is $10 cheaper on the Bose site. Secondly, the next question is concerning the warranty. For the refurbished ones on the Bose site, they come with the standard 1 yr. warranty. You also KNOW that since they are coming from Bose, that the job was done right. The only thing mentioned about warranty for the ones on Amazon is the 90 day return policy. There is nothing mentioned about a warranty on the item.

**Q: Are the headphones foldable?**
A: They only fold "flat", so that they fit flat into the carrying case. (the earpieces rotate 90 degrees)

**Q: I want this mainly to use in aeroplane during flight, does it connect with the plane screen via USB and can comfortably watch movies?**
A: It is completely wireless with no ports. The noise canceling on a plane is great, but you’ll need a Bluetooth connection.

**Q: Will these headphones work while actively charging?**
A: No they will not, you have to remove them and trn them off to charge

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t leave it charging for long!

### ⭐ A scam!
*by A***O on July 27, 2024*

I recently bought refurbished Bose 700 NC headphones. The first impression when I got the package was of mistrust. The package I received from Amazon was an Amazon box with the headphones case in it, not with the original Bose package. The sound seems to have the standard Bose quality BUT when testing the noise-cancelling feature I realized it wasn't working on the left ear. Searching on the internet and also from the headphones technical sheet, I discovered that the holes for the microphones on the left earplug DON'T EXIST!!! (see the attached image). This headphones originally by design have multiple microphones on both earplugs, capturing the sound on different directions in order to cancel the outside noise. This is a completely scam, I know that they are refurbished but they should be the same as the original product. Also, the seller doesn't mention anything related to this issue.
