They are soft, comfortable, and functional for keeping hair out of my face. They also held my hair in place throughout the day without sliding.The headbands do seem to run on the bigger side and my head is on the smaller side, so I had to adjust them by tucking the extra fabric into a small bun at the back using a rubber band. Once adjusted they stayed in place just fine.For the amount you get and the variety of colors and styles, this set is a good value. They work well for daily use, styling, or adding a simple accessory to an outfit.
