Review: Perfect for budget hydration - Using it for electrolytes instead of products like powerade or pedialyte or power electrolyte mixes, which I used to spend a lot of money on. Comparitively, this is cheap as hell, literally exactly what you need for hydration, mixes great, and— you get to choose your own flavors lol. For instance, sometimes I add a lemonade mix. On its own in water, this product tastes subtle and warm with less bite than salt alone, a nice mineral flavor. The little jars are thick cardboard with a wedged on soft plastic lid, using a rotating top to open and close, with both shaker and pour openings. It’s a little fiddly, so if you have dexterity limitations, you may want to transfer to you own shakers. But otherwise I find the size, shape, and weight to be very practical. I haven’t tried it for cooking.

Great, low sodium substitute for those of us who need to avoid regular salt due to high blood presure. It tastes just like salt. I cannot tell the difference, although it has half as much sodium as regular salt
