This electric fire starter does a good job. The cord is Long enough to reach my grill from the outlet which is a plus. The starter takes about a minute to get a good start going. I usually light both sides and have a well established fire in under 5 minutes. I have heard if you don’t follow directions and keep the tip in too long you will damage it. But I haven’t had an issue, yet.
