Unlike some other microfiber Fruit of the Loom I had bought recently and was unable to return (from here and from Walmart), the waistband of these do not roll down, and the liner in the crotch area is long enough to cover the pertinent areas and can handle a pad or a panty liner. I did have to buy 2 sizes up though, as these run 2 sizes too small.
