Wilton in my opinion makes one of the best food paste colorings. I only wish they carried them in the 1 oz. Containers in sets of 12 or 24 in different shades.

**Q: Can i use this one to color winnie the pooh? if not, what color can i use?**
A: Definitely you picked the right color. Just make sure you take the color by a toothpick and wipe the color on the toothpick on your sugar dough/whipped cream. Mix it well and add more if needed. Enjoy making Winnie the Pooh.

**Q: Is this a water based coloring**
A: I did some research and found that Wilton makes both oil-based and water-based colorings. Without contacting Wilton directly, I would be guessing if I said one way or the other. I added an entire container of black coloring to a tub of white frosting recently and it did not change the consistency (or flavor) at all.
