Being over 65 and on Medicare I quickly found most, if not all the cost would be out of my pocket.....and it would significant. Also I read a lot of reviews of other people's experiences with expensive hearing aids and discovered there were a lot of unhappy users out there. When I discovered your type of device quite by chance in a flying magazine I was reading, I decided to check into this option more. I was quite pleased with what I was reading so I decided to give it a try. My device came on time as promised and was user friendly right out of the box. It has been great so far. (Have had it about 3 weeks now). I'm finally able to hear and participate in conservations while riding in the back seat of an auto. Hadn't been able to do that for quite a while. My unit is very small fits behind my ear and even when I tell people I'm wearing it they have trouble spotting it. The greatest reward so far however has been being able to hear my young grand daughters when they are trying to tell me something really important......at least to me.
