I find it amazing how hot these things can get when you go through them too fast. They're great when you have a cold and want to breathe again. Love these stupid things. I always tell myself that I'll eat a handful and then save the rest for later. Never happens. I'll eat the entire box in one sitting and then be mad at myself because I don't have any left for later. Ugh
