Fun for a group of friends on a Friday night in.
A really fun and interesting game that you can play with friends. It's interactive and you can go at your own pace. Very fun and highly recommend!

Great game
Great game, guaranteed for hours of fun (added value if you know the comic). When you read the advice to play the game on a large surface head this advice! the game will take up a lot more space then you initially might think

a very fun game
this is a good game for when your tabletop group has too many players missing and you all still want to hang out and play games. with the possible exception of a few of the cards (and excluding these only if you consider yourself extremely conservative), this would also be a fun game to play with children, provided they can learn the rules. the cards are of good quality and well-illustrated.this, like monopoly/risk/etc, is one of those games you can make alliances with other players and then betray them (and there is incentive for this), so be prepared for possible hurt feelings if certain people you know can't handle that.

Awesome game, terrible packaging inside the box
I love the game, and the shortening rules provide excellent options to speed up and time limit a game that before took way to long. My one disappointment is the really cheap/thin plastic inside the box. The box itself was packaged perfectly by amazon with no marks on it, but inside the plastic separators were all torn up. I will have to find a different container to keep my cards separated in.

Slow and repetitious enough to drain all pleasure from the fun premise.
This games tries very hard, but it feels repetitious and slow to me. While the designer succeeded in his goal to create a satire game that lasts as long as an RPG session, it turns out to not be a good goal to pursue. A satire that is too long and slow is not fun. All the shortcomings of Munchkin without the zippy play.

Well made and presented but not much fun
Its a fine looking product but game play is repetitive and a bit dull considering the rule book is an inch thick. Basic gist is you pick a character each and then build a dungeon. You place a room card down pick a monster, fight it then its someone else's go. They add another room card, a monster card is picked and they fight it and so it goes on. Treasure cards and schtick cards add a bit more and as you go down levels you get more monsters etc but that's about the gist of the game. card fight card fight card fight. Maybe if you had a few beers and the game wasn't the entire focus of your evening it could be ok but otherwise I wouldn't bother. We tried it twice and gave up.
