The packaging is great and sleek. Very easy to use and put away. It's important to note that you should be careful when you actually use this. It WILL burn if you place the product directly into or right under your eyelid (I'm talking like not even half a cm under). I tried multiple locations to scope out the strength and to find the sweet spot for myself. I found that if you use it right at the start of where the "bags" of your eyes may be, that is a good spot so that it will work, but not burn to the point where you cannot open your eyes. I used the product straight onto my skin, but I have heard that using a Q-Tip is another good way to apply the product. This may not bring out full on stream of tears running down your face, but you will get watery eyed.
