They look just like snow on the branches and fall really softly. I am a bit of a moaner so if I think they are good, they must be! I can’t really comment on the fact that some people say they don’t have a bit sticking out at the bottom to stand them up in a vase. I would say there is a small stump at the bottom, but that is largely irrelevant for what I am using them for. I am not an expert on ostritch feathers but I would definitely think these are pretty good and are very soft and fluffy. I would tend to upsize rather than downsize if in doubt as the 14 to 16 inch ones I ordered aren’t as massive as you might imagine. Her living room is decorated in teal but unfortunately teal baubles Ona green Xmas tree doesn’t stand out at all. So good old mum to the rescue. Seen these feathers and thought they’d be perfect to tie the teal colour scheme in. Plus they are in trend at the moment. So double brownie points for me 😂 my daughter loves them.
