A dropdown menu will appear. - Select "Account" - Under "Orders" select "Subscribe & Save" - Select "Menu" in the top righthand corner - Select "Change Delivery Day" - Select the day you want to change your delivery to This will change the delivery day for all of your subscriptions. Good luck! **Q: I have such a heavy menstrual flow, I'm seriously considering using these adult diapers. Has anyone used them for this purpose before? How were they?** A: I’ve used them for that purpose; I understand your plight. They are very absorbent and I’ve never had an issue with them leaking when used for a heavy menstrual flow. I’d recommend these for sure. **Q: How many ounces does this hold ?** A: I'm not sure how many ounces this holds. I used it with a liner and even at that, the bed underpad was wet by morning. The material was scratchy and the absorbent pad in the underwear was not long enough in the back. I have stopped ordering this brand. **Q: Do these rip off at the sides?** A: Someone here said there was a way to rip them on the sides but I used these and a couple of times I tried to rip the side material and had no luck ripping them. ## Frequently Bought Together - Prevail Daily Protective Underwear - Unisex Adult Incontinence Underwear - Disposable Adult Diaper for Men & Women - Maximum Absorbency - XX-Large - 12 Count (Pack of 4) - Medline Super Absorbent Underpad, 36" x 36", 50 Count, Extra Large Disposable Incontinence Pads, Protective Bed Pads, Chucks, For Kids, Adults, Elderly, Furniture & Surface Protection Pee Pad --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/1506024-daily-unisex-underwear-maximum-disposable-incontinence-48-ct](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/1506024-daily-unisex-underwear-maximum-disposable-incontinence-48-ct) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
