Using a lemon-lime soft drink and some lime juice I needed to add cherry juice but it is difficult to find. I stumbled across this and decided to give it a try. I am extremely picky about certain things but I must say this syrup is great. It is not a thick syrup and the bottle recommends two tablespoons but I found, for me, one tablespoon was plenty. It's a pretty big bottle so should last me a while and since it needs to be refrigerated that's not a problem. I have also used it in making a cherry coke and it was delicious. There are quite a few recommendations on the bottle including coffee. Hmmmm, not for me. Seriously though I am glad I gave this a try and plan on using it regularly.
