I'm relatively thin with a 31" waiste, so after underestimating the length of the belt and having to return and buy the smaller version here's what I have to say. The belt is definitely well built, it's, like stated, made of 7 strand 550lb Atwood paracord with a titanium buckle which makes for a very sturdy belt. Although I don't think I'll ever be in situation where I'd have to unwind the and use the paracord, however if you do have to, it says on a piece of paper in the packaging that if you send them the buckle they'll re-wrap it for you which is a huge plus. But despite the extreme quality of this belt there is one major downside and that unfortunately is the width, while others have vertical width problems I had problems with the horizontal width, it's too thick for 1/3 of my pants and can't be doubled up through the first loop however on the pants that I can fit it on it is definitely the best belt I have ever used.

These belts are great. This one is clearly a second edition and is woven a touch wider than the first gen. I would recommend this item highly although the wider weave makes it less compatable with jeans.

Excellent belt -- a bit thick but not unexpected due to the type of belt.

Last belt I'll ever buy its that good titanium buckle and if use the paracord send buckle back with a note they'll remake it

Best belt I have ever owned!

I’ve been wearing my Rattlerstrap for 4 years every single day with no exception and it is still in perfect condition. I haven’t had to ever unwind it for any kind of survival or emergency situation but it is nice to look down and think if you ever did need a ton of cord, it’s always there.
