It is not as useful as I had hoped. There is a hard plastic structure to help support the curvature of the pillow that let’s you slide your arm or hand underneath. The structure does help that work well, but the density of the foam is not thick enough so that you do not feel the plastic structure, since I tend to sleep on my arms, it’s not awful for me to sleep on, but you will feel it. I decided to sleep the little pillow under my regular pillow and that was much more comfortable. The quality of the materials is good and it seems well constructed. There is a very large material tag that is very annoying at the longest part of the pillow though.
