## Questions & Answers

**Q: Special features (second hands)what does that mean?**
A: You should have first check the battery before doing anything else

**Q: Is the band removable? I would like to replace it with a leather one**
A: Yes it is removable

**Q: How do you adjust the band?**
A: This is a t-type band. All you need is a very narrow screwdriver and small pliers..
Plenty of videos online. Takes maybe 5 minutes. Shortened mine today with no problems,

**Q: how long is a Citizen watch supposed to work? I bought mine 4 years ago and it quit working, I have had the movement replaced twice.**
A: I would check with the manufacturer. My husband has only had the battery replaced. Other than that it has worked well, even with rough wear.
