Maybe its the Rosemary flavor, or Black Pepper & Sesame that really changed my mind. I think they’re superior to carby crackers! I love the crunch and the way they pair with cheese. First off they are NOT crackers, they are bunches of seeds granola style that taste like raw seeds and have no real crunch. I've been on Keto for 3 years and I've lost 150 pounds, so I've tried most of it and was excited for this product. Lets say even the critters outside wouldn't eat this trash. Stay away unless you love the taste of raw seeds.
