The most important things is Technical Support. So often tech products can get bad reviews because customers don't understand the software etc and leave unfair ratings. Tech Support is responsive and actually answers the phone or gets back to you. Jay was the most professional, Tolerant of someone not fluid in NVR's and very considerate walking me thru setup. I will be buying another unit for another location based on the Quality of service from this company. Where the hell are the rack mount brackets? @seller** A: Would have been in the accessory box. But I have installed with the rack ears that they provide. And about 80% time I was taking them off and using a shelf. The HDDs are located in the back of the unit. So when you rack mount it. It always sinks the back. So I know you probably want the ears. But trust me on the shelf. **Q: Hi is this nvr support qsee poe / ip uhd 8mp (qcn8090b) camera?** A: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately this NVR is not plug and play compatible with Q-See cameras. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thanks ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Company has excellent Tech Support *by B***. on November 28, 2023* The Equipment works well. The most important things is Technical Support.
