Quite heavy. **Q: Is is easy to connect and disconnect? As in, could I put it down and pick it up after each session?** A: Yes, it's very easy to connect and disconnect. I have been looking at it for many months, but hesitating because of the cost. I love to do yoga outside but the uneven ground is a problem, and my concrete patio is too hard even under a good mat.This arrived today, packed well, but easily opened. It is solid but not too heavy to easily move around. Putting it together is not difficult, and once together it has stayed together through a yoga routine.I have a manduka pro mat on it, and kneeling on it is much more comfortable than the same mat over concrete. I wish I would’ve gotten it sooner. There is a little bit of a learning curve for assembly but once you figure it out, it is super easy.It isn’t too heavy for what it provides, but I could see it being heavy for certain individuals so I would try to keep it close to the area you need it most in that instance.
