## Description

The SIRUI VD-01 Movie Attack Lens takes smartphone videography to a whole new level and exceeds the demands of today's smartphone cinemas across the board. With a 2.4:1 ratio, ordinary smartphone videos become cinema-like widescreen movies. Normal lens attachment usually cannot produce the famous light reflections of science fiction and bokeh effects. The retro style coating of the SIRUI VD-01 lens allows exactly these effects. Hollywood has never been so close. The days of big and heavy cameras are over. Professional video films are now produced with smartphones. With the SIRUI Smart app, videos are transformed into a 2.4:1 ratio. We also recommend the "FiLMiC Pro" app (for a fee) for even more professional editing features. SIRUI lens attachments are manufactured with the highest precision and only the best materials. They consist of several glass lenses, made from German Schott glass. They have a multi-layer coating and anti-reflection. This minimizes glare and increases light transmission. The lenses ensure authentic colour reproduction and are characterized by low distortion and vignetting. The best imaging performance up to the edge of the image is guaranteed.

The clip isn't the grippiest and it's easy to knock the lens out of alignment but it's not a huge problem. Look for kef66 on YT - he uploaded video examples of flares produced by this lens. Depending on the phone you use it with it may or may not work. In my case out of 3 lenses of Galaxy S20 FE it works properly only with middle lens and on two side lenses strong vignetting occurs. In many cases wide angle factory lens in a phone will have wider field of view than this. Last thing is that this lens gives strong flares which not everyone may like. In short :you buy this lens for horizontal flares not for field of view.

Bought it for a bit over 60 quid from Amazon Resale offer. It's light and easy to use and gives sharp images. The clip isn't the grippiest and it's easy to knock the lens out of alignment but it's not a huge problem. Look for kef66 on YT - he uploaded video examples of flares produced by this lens. Depending on the phone you use it with it may or may not work. In my case out of 3 lenses of Galaxy S20 FE it works properly only with middle lens and on two side lenses strong vignetting occurs. In many cases wide angle factory lens in a phone will have wider field of view than this. Last thing is that this lens gives strong flares which not everyone may like. In short :you buy this lens for horizontal flares not for field of view.

got this for nearly half price so can't complain. looks great but the clip is scary to use. one little bump and you'll drop your expensive lens!! so I suggest getting a phone case made for it, or if you're handy DIY one like I did! it doesn't have threads so you just have to cut a hole same shape as the clip has and voila save 30 bucks!! always check Amazon warehouse for good deals because a messed up box!!
