**Q: What is the protein content?**
A: The bag says high protein, there is no numbers or percents.
Hard to say exactly what it is. Sorry not much help!!!

**Q: I am puzzled that General Mills doesn't  know the protein content of their own products. Bag just says high protein?**
A: I believe it's high gluten. Gluten being a form of protein. It's suitable for bread pizza etc
