**Q: it can be wetted?**
A: No.  Tape is dry.  The tape has a paper backing that you peel off and then apply the tape.  The product is excellent.   It's also good for those who have allergies to regular tape.

**Q: Is this a fabric tape or plastic or what?  Also, does it stretch?**
A: It is fabric and the more you stretch it the better it sticks, my son is allergic to all other tapes this is the only one he can use.

**Q: Is this tape waterproof?**
A: No, you would want a silicone tape
