I had these bands break years ago until I started washing with mild soap and water, especially after sweating. **Q: Do these have the 12/24 hour format?** A: Yes. You can change it in the settings. Has world time, alarms, stop watch, light, chrono... **Q: Watch did not come with instruction manual. Where can I find? Noticed some customers received a manual with purchase.** A: I’d say that you have 2 options.
