And thanks to the quality of past, it's been a few years since I've ordered new ones. I used to say, "happiness is a new pair of Reefs"This time, not so much.... The soles are too thin. There's NO arch support. First day I got them, it rained and they were slippery on the top and bottom. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR TREAD?!? These straps are rubber & leave my feet red (not even my New Ipanema's do that) and these flops are still stiff. I expect so. much. more. From Reef. These have beeny absolute favorite flop since I was in Jr. High school. They mold to my foot. That grip! They are(Were) the best!! I hate that the mass market has killed the quality of the brand I love so much but I'll never get another mail order pair again. If it's not and old-school pair of wide-band, thick-soled flops fro a surf shop, that I can try on first, you can forget about it.
