The convenience is ridiculous. I also have an RFID tag I use for authentication for some job sites through work, and guess what? It's in my phone case. Guess how many times I've forgotten either since then: None. If it's not an RFID tag, it's my ID, or bank card, or whatever else I need.I see people complaining that it's bulky. It's a giant padded phone case with an extra storage compartment built in. Yeah; it's pretty thick. That also means it's hard to forget, easy to find, and safer. I don't feel like I'm gonna fold the stupid phone in half if I lean against it wrong in my pocket. I don't feel like it's going to bend like those little tiny aluminum bodied apparently gold-plated life-stealers that some fruit companies push on us. This case with a solid, tempered screen protector have been a great combo. I'll admit, I grew up in the generation where people pinned their phones between their shoulder and their ear. This case makes that easier, so I don't feel like I'm trying to listen really carefully to a business card. I consider the bulk an active, serious plus.Now on to protection; it works. I've dropped this phone from a few feet, with varying degrees of bounce and tumble, onto various surfaces. It hasn't broken, so I could say "it works" but that's really only proof that it doesn't NOT work I suppose, so who really knows. I hope that once I break-it-in, the credit card will come out smoother. Also, this case is a lot BULKIER than I thought it would be. :( It is definitely heavier than my old one. The case is also slippery on the sides. The white plastic on the sides helps the phone slip outta my hands... Overall, I don't mind the weight but I just wish the sides were actually grippy so after awkwardly reaching for my phone, it doesn't slip outta my hands. Oh well. Overall, not bad. There is no "hinge" or "door" or "cover" to be broken, which is how broke on my other 2 cases. So this "no door" case works for the time being.Update 12-23-15: Have had the case for over a year (well it feels like it anyway), credit card slides out much easier now that I've broken out the case. It adds a bit of thickness that I like to the phone. I find the LG G3 too thin for its size and w/o the case, often tries to jump out of my hand. The card slot also works well, holding my metro card for my daily commute.The "kickstand" portion doesn't really work. You have to jam the card in between the case, which creates a bulge in the case as it is no longer flush. If you do this, it will stay up on a desk or any other semi-flat surface. This wasn't a primary feature for buying the case, so it isn't a big deal to me.The only thing that confuses me still is why the case says "GOLF" on it. I get that is the series name, but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the game of "golf".
